What this case alleges

Major PVC pipe manufacturers and the data service provider OPIS are alleged to have conspired to fix, raise, maintain, or stabilize the price of PVC pipe sold in the United States by exchanging sensitive pricing information — passing artificially inflated prices down the supply chain. The litigation covers two groups of buyers: the Direct Purchaser Class and the Re-Seller (Non-Converter Seller Purchaser) Class.
