Your Dealership or Dealer Group may be eligible to make a claim for compensation if your dealership or dealer group purchased newly assembled Truck from an OEM Manufacturer between January 1, 1998 and August 10, 2016. Your Dealership or Dealer Group may also qualify for compensation for individual parts purchases made during the same time frame. Potential compensation stems from settlements reached in ongoing litigation regarding a variety of parts manufacturers; whose parts are often found in newly manufactured vehicles. Your Dealership must be located in one of the 30 qualifying states or the District of Columbia to file a claim; unless your Dealer Group Headquarters is in a qualifying state, AND it can be proven that ALL non qualifying state vehicle purchases originate through credit instruments (floorplans) paid through that Headquarters. Vehicle values will be dependent upon plans of allocation in which certain models are worth more "points" than others.
